No hipster and no stress, that's why coffee first. A unique coffee shop and probably the oldest in Copenhagen about quality coffee. Good service and also nice to meet mature staff. Too many café and coffee shop only use very young people as staff. I can recommend espresso and the manuel brewed coffee.

It was pretty cold and windy outside so we decided to stop for a coffee in coffee first. I am not a coffee kinda guy so I ordered what they call "orangutang", hot chocolate with chilly and strange as it may sound it was delicious! My friends also enjoyed their coffee and we all "hygged" as danish would say.

Great, airy atmosphere with very decent coffee. Only suggestion: could use a bit more attention to aesthetics. Cortado was first rate but no "latte art" - just integrated milk like a Spanish cafe con lèche. Americano was also delicious (great beans here) but no espresso crema survived the process so it ironically did look like an "American" coffee :D. A... More

Hi, we're so happy you appreciated our coffee! We need to clarify 2 things that you obviosly misunderstood: About the Americano- we're removing the crema for the Americano on purpose, so we reach cleaner taste. We think it should taste as a strong pour over. But we are flexible and if you ask for Americano with crema we can also... More

This café is one I come to often. Service is always premium. I have never been disappointed. Fresh coffees and teas and mix of alcoholic beverages inspired with caffeine. Perfect for many business parties, couples or even alone. Background music and clean atmosphere. Selection of fantastic pastries to compliment your visit. If you need a boost or a smile, come... We tried the latte and one of the special drinks with hot chocolate and spicies like chili and ginger- they're both so delicious! we wanted to try more, but decided to come again some morning and try the breakfast- it was a little late for more coffee...

This place is not what i was expecting, coffee wasn't that good, i had a v60 with Kenyan beans. What caught my eye was that the barista counter was dirty and looked as if its not taken care of.. It gets points for having a decent pastry and the interiors were not that bad. P.s price was high as i... More

Hi, hanks for leaving a comment! We need to mention, that our pour over is not expensive at all- it's only 35 Dkk. By the total we can guess that you also bought a Valrhona chocolate- Les Exquises (29 kr.). Valrhona's chocolates are not cheap indeed, but they're delicious! Some people who haven't heard the brand think it's expensive, but... More

A nice and somewhat basic little cafe with a small selection of pastries and quite good coffee. Would go again.

Great coffee shop for the coffee aficionado. Good selection of licorice and high end chocolate. You can have smaller sandwiches to nib on if you are hungry. The best is the atmosphere, quiet and harmonic. A big plus for the woman working behind the counter. Great sense of humor and very friendly.

Good breakfast. Veg option too available. Probably the only place here which doesn't charge for water in Copenhagen. Highly recommended.
