Again this year we visited Perch's Tea Room - and selected the Classical Ceremony starting with a glass of Cremant. The menu was again delicious and we enjoyed the clam and quiet surroundings and the fact that we were able to talk together, as the noise level compared to other café settings is relatively low. We agree we have tradition... More

I should declare that I have taken tea in England many times, which probably biases my opinion. I know Perch's tea well. They make fine tea (although expensive relative to other equivalent quality tea such as F&M's). I was therefore looking forward to taking Afternoon Tea at their original tea room in Copenhagen. Charming staff, prompt service, perfectly brewed tea... More

Affordable afternoon tea with lovely staff. They even accommodated for a friend who was vegetarian/gluten intolorent/lactose intolorent. Reserving a table is recommended.

When you walk to the Round tower, or "Rundetårn" in Danish, just a few minutes walk from "Strøget" you will run into small shops that have been there for ages and just sticking your nose into a real chease shop in Copenhagen is a treat for me, some say it smells like old socks, I love it and the taste.... We were celebrating our friend´s 5oth birthday. Booked in advance for tea ceremoni. The choice of tea sorts was overwhelming and we ended up with 6 different kinds. Small sandwiches and fresh scones were delicious and the chocolates sweet and a nice touch at the end. The tea rooms are located in an old apartment with an Asian touch. Very... More

We called here for afternoon tea on a Saturday afternoon (we had booked a table beforehand) and were delighted with everything. The selection of teas is unbelievable and the afternoon tea tower itself was perfect. All the foods were super fresh and very generous amounts of it. We had ours with a glass of champagne which does add to the... More

As a afternoon tea-lover and a lover of all things sweet and cute, this place was heaven for me. I read about it online and was not disappointed! It really is the cutest place you will visit in Copenhagen, and so reasonably priced for a wonderful afternoon tea selection. The tea room has such a wonderful selection of teas (over... More

We had a group of 14 warmly received (with a reservation) and seated in a semi private side room one floor above the busy pedestrian shopping area in downtown Copenhagen. This is a relaxing, quiet haven. Traditional tea, sandwiches, scones etc are served. Service was wonderful in spite of the size of our group.

In the centre of Copenhagen lies this lovely tea room in an old apartment on the first floor, right above Perch's tea shop, which is an old and elegant shop with proud traditions. If you'd like to spoil yourself with something extravagant and delicious, you should try this lovely place. It is almost like being in England, since the interior... More

Visited for afternoon tea and as with much in Copenhagen, the welcome was warm and helpful. The tearoom is not easy to find with the shop downstairs misleading. The entrance to the tearoom is actually through a set of courtyard doors, just to the right of the shop. This place is expensive and probably over-hyped. Most guests appeared to be... More

Indre By (Inner City)
This is the heart of old town Copenhagen, with its blend of charming old buildings and bold new architecture, broad avenues and tiny streets as well as picturesque canals and a modern harbor. The inner city is home to the Royal Danish Theatre, which consists of three buildings, two of which are new and situated on the harbor front. The streets, squares and venues of the inner city and its surrounding neighborhoods, are alive all year round with everything from jazz festivals to outdoor ice skating rinks and parachuting at the lakes right in the center of the city. This compact area boasts beautiful old castles, tranquil parks, and bustling squares where you can always find a bench to stretch out your legs whenever you need a break.
