This is one of the better places to go in Copenhagen should you desire traditional Danish lunch or dinner. Good and friendly service, excellent quality meat. We were lucky to get a table at walk in, but will recommend to book in advance

A cosy, pub-like setting, nothing fancy or pretentious. Food is very good, but heavy as traditional Danish dishes often are. Portions are hearty, so you won’t leave hungry. They also serve locally brewed beers which are excellent! A perfect place particularly in cold autumn evenings. We had good service from an attentive waiter with a sense of humour. We did... More

We enjoyed a great meal in fabulous little restaurant which we chose having read some great reviews. The waiting staff were so friendly, taking time out to chat and seem genuinely interested in our conversation. The food was absolutely amazing the Hot Pot Pork was plentiful and absolutely delicious and the steak so tender, tasty and cooked to perfection. The... More

One of the best typical danish restaurants in Copenhagen. They serve the best Wiener Schnitzel I have had for many years and quality open danish sandwiches for lunch. Located close to the main train station and Tivoli.

I dropped in for a quick and light dinner from a nearby hotel. The place has a pub ambience with a small terrace. The service was quick and friendly. The dinner menu contains mostly fish for starters and meat dishes as main courses. No vegetarian dishes. I had pickled herring with capers and a drafted ale suggested by the waitress.... More

It's ok.....simple food in a pub-like setting. Service was friendly and a decent selection of beer. Schnitzel was a bit heavy.

We came for dinner after excellent lunch - not very hungry, so we wanted to share the main course. We were told there is no sharing because the portion is small enough anyway. We ordered one serving, and one of us had few bites of pork which was awful. And then the waitress came and warned us that if we... More

While visiting Copenhagen we stopped here for lunch. Their Stjerneskud (Danish fish sandwich) is exceptional and a must have. We also returned for dinner which was equally excellent. Traditional Danish food with pleasant service.
