We keep coming back here. The garden and the service is wonderful. The food is, at worst, very good. At its best, it is among the best I have ever had. All in all, there is no restaurant I would rather visit, and when price...More

Popped in here for lunch, we were told there wasn't a menu on that day as they were serving a large group of artists ( about 13 so not a huge number by Greek standards!), but they could put together a meze and a salad...More

Hello, thank you for your review of one month ago. I cannot say how many people is 'a large number' as it depends on many factors. For example, in your case you DO NOT MENTION all the other guests that were there, intentionally or not,...More

A beautiful setting in fragrant gardens just back from the sea. Delicious food. And you can stay too. Satisfies on every level.

Spending a morning swimming in Emporios we decided to find a place for lunch. Having read the reviews, this was our choice. A little farther back from the beach but a nice surprise. We walked through the garden around 1pm to find we were the...More

We visited this restaurant after a morning of climbing in Emporios. The setting is idyllic - wildlife is abundant amongst the flowers, shrubs and vines. We closed our eyes and took in the moment, it really does feel like a paradise. Our breakfast was scrummy...More

We had an incredible meal in a beautiful setting; the garden is sensational and the food is out of this world. As vegetarians, there is often plenty to eat here, but the stuffed tomatoes had the best flavors that I have ever tasted - you...More

The setting is truly spectacular, a beautiful garden haven, gorgeous flowers and plants. Cracking food, freshly and lovingly made. Portions are much smaller than the standard in Greece. A perfect place for date night.

Most recent visit actually Aug '15, but have been coming here since 1994. Everyone should try a lunch here, such a magical setting and lovely, quirky food. Just love it.

Description
Real home cooking by Aleka and Evdokia, with fresh ingredients from the garden or of local production, make eating here an unforgettable experience. Our menu varies, depending on what is good and fresh since we do not rely mainly on the market for raw materials. The Mediterranean kitchen is one of the healthiest of the planet and this is what you will enjoy at Harry's!Of course you can have your breakfast with us! Fresh eggs from our neighbor's chickens, vegetarian dishes, home-made marmalades by Evdokia, and a large menu variety which changes often, depending on what goodies we find! Having your own olive trees comes handy too, since we use our own oil in the kitchen. The restaurant is mentioned (and recommended) in the Michelin Guide for the islands, the Guide de Routard, the Lonely Planet Guide, the Trotter etc. Recently, and after passing the relevant tests, it has been awarded enlisting in the Aegean Cuisine Initiative.
