What atmosphere with all the little alleys and all the shops, here you can go for hours. When you get tired, just sit down on one of the many small places and have a beer or whatever you want :-) It was a little disappointing graffiti on the walls, they should be sure to get it off the walls!

We went to old town the first day we arrived to Rethymno . We had red many positive judges on it so we decided to try. My wife ate a greek salad, my daughter a moussaka, I ordered sardines grilled. The problems were 2: the most important was my daughter found a piece of plastic in the moussaka that showed... More

Pretty girls welcome you into the restaurant which looks like it is integrated into a street. Long and narrow, but wonderful food and service.

Most of the reviewers on this page are reviewing the Old Town of Rethymno not realising that the restaurant is actually called Old Town !! Please review the actual restaurant as I'd like to know what it's like !!

This restaurant situates in the heart of the old town of Rehymnon - just like it's name says. The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice, Greece music is played and you are sitting in the shades of old and narrow streets and two very nice looking girls invite you to come in. The menu is for sure the longest you... More

I love Rehtymno, cancelled our itinerary to tour the middle part of Crete and just spend a couple of days shopping, browsing, eating, people watching and taking it all in!!! GREAT!

We liked the maze of little streets with interesting shops and lovely tavernas. Usual mix of things for sale from hand made and unique, to mass produced. It felt very safe and we did not feel threatened at any time. The only thing we weren't keen on was the eating places at the sea front as every single place tried... More

A nice looking place in a nice narrow street. Very nice and friendly staff. Had a good thim there. But the food is not so special. Had a selection of Cretan specialities and they all tasted more like industrial food...
