So, we visited this restaurant with some friends on August 2017. Am a Greek living abroad so I have a very specific image of what a traditional fish tavern should be like and I was not let down. The food is very good and the...More

Good fresh fish, like it is supposed to be, good value for money. But! One of our party of 5 ordered a sea bass and got a dorade (= sea bream and much cheaper) instead. When we made the remark to the boss he said:...More

Came here on the first night of our holiday, and so glad we did. We ordered the seafood platter for two, which was a little more expensive than some other places. The bread to start was delicious, could tell it was freshly made. The platter...More

Still one of my favourite places to eat fish in the port. Totally unpretentious, frequented by fisherman and other locals. Excellent value.

We stopped for a bite to eat on our way back to our hotel. We both ordered Chicken Souvlaki, it arrived on a skewer with some Tzatziki and fried potatoes. Cooked just right, well marinated very juicy. The perfect snack to finish the day.

The BEST octopus I've ever had. Cool, unintrusive service and a great view of the harbour. Not supercheap but it's in a very touristy area. One very good sign: the locals heat here too. Seems to be family-run. Highly recommended.

I spent here my last night in Chania.. good choice. The place is not in the middle of the crowd but near the harbour. Tables give the possibility to eat not near people walking on the street. Staff: basic relations but polite. Food was simple...More
