We just walked in and managed to get a couple of seats by the bar thankfully. A lovely personal light meal with great service. Yum.

I came here this evening with my friend who lives in Athens. What an amazing evening we had. We ordered a flight of 5 Greek wines each and they arrived with superb explanations of each. My friend speaks Greek, I do not unfortunately, and despite...my friend ordering everything in Greek, a huge effort was made by the staff to explain everything to me in English! I was very grateful, and somewhat embarrassed!! If visiting Athens, Cinque is not to be missed, but please book!!More

Cinque was recommended to us as a good place to taste Greek wines. They have tasting flights as well as wines by the glass. We selected 2 wines by the glass and were given the opportunity to taste the wines before deciding which we wanted....We settled on a delicious wild ferment Malagouxia, a fragrant floral dry white. Complimentary olives were served with the wines. there are also small plates of snacks on the menu if you wanted food with your wine. There's indoor and outdoor seating, we sat inside as the sofa looked really comfy after a long day of walking.More

Highly recommend a visit to Cinque Wine Bar. The owners are so welcoming - I accidentally mixed up the dates and came on a Saturday night when we didn’t have a booking. But they still managed to accommodate us! And the wine selection…whatever your taste...preference, they will have it! We did a tasting flight of the discovery wines and then ordered some by the glass afterwards. Each time, we were given information and tips. It was next level service. We ordered a tasting board and wanted to order a few other bits, but the owner wisely told us we probably had enough with just the tasting board. He was right because it was definitely enough for two people! Everything was so fresh and local. We also got an explanation of everything on the board. We saw wine ice cream on the menu for desert, so had to try it! We had low expectations but it was actually really good. It’s a sorbet rather than an ice cream, but the perfect way to finish our evening. We would definitely visit again if back in Athens.More
