Good place to have lunch, it's located very close to syntagma metro. We had nice soup, salad with beef stripes, and noodles of course. It's an absolute value for money. Service is nice too. We go there very often.

Went there for lunch Casual settings , you can seat inside or outside. We ordered tom ka gai ( Thai coconut soup ) , pad Thai and Chinese fried rice. The soup was good as well as the fried rice , the pad Thai was ok .. didn't really tasted like the authentic pad Thai I'm used to. Overall it... More

This small Oriental fast food but cooked before your eyes in Apollonos Street, Place, Athens serves good and tasty dishes. Cheap and clean, with good service.

No need to study the menu as all the dishes taste exactly the same. Everything appears to be smothered in the same tasteless brown sauce. Some many good eating choices in this neighborhood so there is no reason to stop here.

I loved the Spicy Crab sushi. You have to try it out. Is a very nice restaurant and the prices are reasonable.

After 10 days in Greece we needed a change of pace from the good Greek cuisine. We picked this place as it was just down the street from our hotel, and we noticed several delivery cycles indicating the locals did a lot of business here. We weren't disappointed. The food was tasty (and we sampled several dishes), served quickly and... More

We got their noodles and friend rice. Both were decent though not comparable to authentic Asian food. Still it's decent and worth a try!

Traditional Greek cooking is wonderful, but if you need a break, the Noodle Bar is a great choice. When we hit the wall on another meal of souvlaki or mousakka we remembered passing Noodle Bar up the street from our hotel. The menu contains a wide variety of oriental dishes and we really enjoyed our choices. My wife liked the... More

Staying in Plaka

Neighbourhood Profile
Plaka
Due to its proximity to the Acropolis, Plaka remains the area where the majority of foreign visitors stay and play. Its attractive features include small squares, some notable museums and the beautiful Mitropolis cathedral, as well as a host of places to stay, eat and drink. Its pedestrian zones make it a pleasant place to escape from the city’s notorious traffic. Adrianou and Kidathineon Streets contain a number of souvenir shops, offering classier items than you will find in the Flea Market. The most rewarding section to explore is the upper reaches towards the Acropolis itself, where many old stone houses with tiled roofs have survived. Up here you can find leafier corners and the odd quaint taverna with unobstructed views of the ancient rock.
