Enjoyed our waiter's sense of humour:). Food was great. Location was perfect - near the Acropolis entrance and sitting next to some ruins.

Day 2 in Athens and we wanted to try some traditional Greek food. Our Connoisseur guided us to this place where we could experience Greek food and culture by sitting outside. Even though we took a table outside the cafe but after sometime with the...More

My husband and I will never go eat in this touristy spot again. It's obvious they are all about low quality and ripping off tourists who don't know where the actual good Greek food is. First of all, what kind of business doesn't take credit...More

The service was pretty decent. The food was really yummy. However the portions were a bit small for the price and this place was a bit expensive. But one of the really good food options in plaka!

Wait staff was just flat out rude!! Food was not good. Chicken slavukia was super fatty and the lamb was dried and over cooked! Waitress was rude and never came back to the table after the meal was served! Don't waste your time here!

We went to Eris café for lunch and were quickly shown to a table. The place was not accepting cards and we were informed upon seating that we could only pay in cash. We ordered a moussaka and a Greek salad along with a fresh...More

Food wasn't good. I ordered pork souvlaki and it was drenched in oregano and cayenne pepper, small portion of fries and a huge portion of red onion! Meat was all fatty, not edible. My sons burgers were not beef burgers as described, it was lamb...More

Due to its proximity to the Acropolis, Plaka remains
the area where the majority of foreign visitors stay
and play. Its attractive features include small
squares, some notable museums and the beautiful
Mitropolis cathedral, as well as a host of places to
stay, eat and drink. Its pedestrian zones make it a
pleasant place to escape from the city’s notorious
