We were impressed by the variety of Oriental ("Constantinople-originated") dishes, the genuine taste of appetizers (such as the eggplant salad and the "fava") and the main courses -primarily the "atzem pilaf", the "Hundiar beyenti", "the pasturma pie", and the "yiaurtlu kebap". Kinda limited menu, slow service, and expensive. Decoration and music were not to my liking. On the plus side the portions where gratuitous. Won't come back.

It is close to my home and I typically have dinner there twice a month. Excellent Constaninople style cuisine, friendly service, plain surroundings. Try the kokoretsi, the giaurlu, the hunkiyar and the pita kesarias (cheese - turkish pastrami - tomato filled pie).

Service was fantastic, waiter very knowledgeable about menu & wine as well as the area. A fantastic dining experience at very realistic prices

Go when you're really hungry because they have a large selection of oriental and greek dishes and you should try as many as you can. Easy to find using the tram. It's best to make a reservation during the weekend.
