On a recent trip to Little Haven we stumbled on The Swan Inn our first day. What a great find Stressed out after a long drive the staff immediately settled me down into holiday/retirement mode, so much so we went back everyday, sometimes twice! Good quality food, friendly staff/customers, great beer, gin and open fires. Whats not to like! Hope to... More

We went to the Swan for Sunday lunch. I had booked several days in advance and specifically asked for a table in the bar, as we would be bringing our dog along. I was told this wouldn't be a problem, but when we arrived, all the tables in the bar were in use. After a 20 minute wait, a table... More

Didn't think it would be necessary to book a table in February. We arrived early so had no problem but were surprised how busy it was. Can't find fault with anything. The lunch was amazing. Beautifully presented and first class quality. Can't imagine there is better to be found in Little Haven so don't be put off by the TripAdvisor... More

We had booked, and on arrival were pleased to find a thriving pub with plenty of clientel in the bar. We were shown to our table and given menus. Having made our choices, we were left waiting for our starters for what seemed like an eternity without any bread, olives or other similar nibbles that other places we have visited... More

We were staying at St Brides and decided to embark on the 6 mile each way coastal path walk. Little Haven marked the point at which we were to turn around and head back and so we felt the need to stop for lunch. We were a bit bedraggled, as were the two dogs but we were all made very... More

The place was just packed out but still was able to get our food out in good order and with little stress. Great atmosphere and all very convivial.bit of a challenge to get through the crowd to the logo and back though. Fantastic setting and a great evening,

Called in today for a quick drink on a day out to Little Haven. Was served by a barman who we both found to be arrogant, rude and condescending, when we asked about somewhere to sit. Took drinks outside to a lovely terrace, but really annoyed posted a picture on Facebook with a pretty clear description of how I felt... More

A lovely place with a blazing fire ,delightful view over the beach and an enticing menu which we would have tried if we had been staying closer. Bar snacks, peanuts, pork crackling seemed a little over priced but their crisps were first class.

Been coming to the Swan for many years but with mixed results As per my previous reviews the new owners continue to work really hard on the place and it shows in very good and far more consistent results What's really clear is the effort to ensure there are sufficient staff front of house to deliver a much more efficient...
