First time there and have to admit that I will be coming back. Great environment and good food. For starters I had the portobello mushrooms and then a calzone pizza! Both were great. The Proseco sangria was not that amazing considering the rest. Next time I have to try out the Nutella Pizza for desert. Fair price quality.

It is always a pleasure returning to dine at Porta Rossa and I always eat the same pizza: Diavola! Tasty and hot! A real devil... It is the only restaurant where I always eat the full pizza! The dough is light and crackling crunchy and the ingredients fresh. For dessert, a nice sorbet. The wine list is appealing. We chose... More

Do not come here expecting great pizza. There might be a wood burning oven, but that is as authentic as it gets. I was horrified to find that the paddle end of the pizza paddle, was touching the floor. For obvious hygiene reasons the paddle should be up, not touching the floor. I agree with a previous review, the plates... More

Nice restaurant from the same team behind Cafeína e Casa Vasco, especially devoted to Italian food albeit with some portuguese influences! The restaurant is set in a property within a residential neighbourhood in Foz, Porto, and it was a nicely designed interior and also a nice terrace outside! The food is good and service is friendly! Pizzas are crunchy thin... More

We have been to a few Italian restaurants recently in Porto and this was easily the best, in terms of cuisine, wine list, ambiance and service. The setting is lovely. It is off the beaten track in Foz but well worth it.

We had a nice lunch today with our family. The place is small, the food very nice, the service too. We had calzone with rucola salad, very tasty and more than enough for one. If you are not so hungry, you could share with someone.. My husband had the tuna pizza (delicious, not much cheese, very light and crunch), our... More

The restaurant is located in a really nice area in Porto and has a great terrace to sit outside and enjoy the sun. The food is of very good quality and both the first courses that we tried as well as the pizza and the pasta was very tasty and of great quality. The service was quick and the waiters... More
