We were recommended this restaurant by a couple of locals. Standing outside it didnt look like much, but dont judge a book by its cover! the food it serves is tasty and seems very very traditional, it was empty plates all round at the end! There wasn't a massive amount of dishes to choose from, but all that was there... More

Don't be fooled by the appearance from the outside. The food and service is amazing. It is full of locals and the dishes are traditional. The specials vary daily and the grilled fish/stew are delicious. Recommend

Good food, interesting interior with mirrors that confused people at times, I found that entertaining. I could watch the television with my back to it. Service was straight to the point but I enjoyed that, no kidding around, just get in, sit down, make an order and enjoy. Felt good. Ate fish with potatoes, some fried fish and had a... More

Amazing gem... food was great and fast. Server did a port tasting for us! Must visit in Porto! Sea bass, pork and Cod best dishes on the menu.

Very nice local restaurant. Don't be scared by the look. Inside you will find a hidden gem with service that makes you feel like you've been welcomed into someone's home. Truly authentic Portuguese food and wine. Just ask their recommendation of wine and they will pick you the best by bottle for no more than €9-10. Full of locals which... More

Simply good and cheap local food. 30e for a three-person meal with wine and coffee. Our best memories of Porto!

We went in a Thursday evening and certain dishes were not available. We both ordered the fish, bacalhau and robalo, with rice in tomato juice. With the house white wine, the meal was great.

Just dined here. Liked the homely feel and that it was a popular spot but felt rushed by the servers. As soon as you put down your cutlery, the plate was whisked away. Diners next to us didn't get the same treatment. Ordered the grilled sea bream and it was alright compared to the other places we tried in Portugal.... More

The staff were very helpful and the food was tasty. The fact it was more or less full..... all being locals was a good sign.

We've gone there because of reviews on tripadvisor, othere wise probably we will gone near by without stopping it and it will be big mistake. Food is really good I ate caldo verde soup and fried sardines which was really good, food going with nice vines and good deasert and everything in reasonable price. I really recomend this place.

Thank Łukasz S
