Food is what you expect at a McD. The only reason to come here is to check out the elaborate chandeliers, elegant eagle out front, stained glass behind the counter. Definitely not your typical McD ambience. It is Porto through-and-through, but still the same McD...More
This is a typical Macdonalds restaurant servving the same old food. The best thing about it is the architecture, which not great is well worth a look. Sadly the toilets downstairs can only be used with a code from the receipts!
We had to visit this McDonald's since it has some great architecture, stained glass and chandeliers. The food is of course the same but we saw a Burger with Brie (we do not have that one in Canada). The place is full of tourists since...More

It's a McDonalds so you know what you're going to get but this location in the Praco Liberador is quite stunning being an architectural gem. Even if it's just for a coffee, it's a must see!

Mc Donald is everywhere in the world. Here in Porto, the building is equally having nice design in and out like most of the buildings along the avenue.. It is also busy. A very good fast food for an on the go tourist.
Located on Liberdade Square, this particular McDonald's outlet is located in an Art Deco building with the Art Deco interior in tact. It's worth a drop in, at least to look at the interior.
My local friend took us here to show us "the world's fanciest McDonald's" :) We couldn't stop laughing that they sell beer...never seen one that sold beer before! So of course we ordered one even though it was more expensive than at a nice bar...More
