Our family of 4 visited here during Christmas week. This is a wonderful little family owned restaurant that served excellent food and wine. We ordered for appetizers a mussels dish that was excellent, followed by a garlic shrimp dish that was also very good. For our main course we ordered grilled octopus and a seafood rice dish, all excellent, but... More

We went in on the night of arriving Porto around 10pm and their service was exceptional from the beginning to end (although we didn't finish eating till 1120pm, exceeding their regular hours). Above all, their seafood was so fresh and delicious. They serve large amounts with very affordable price. Recommend their sea bass and octopus. A great catch in Porto!

I had a arroz de marisco When we tried to order other plates, the master recommended us not to order another because 'arroz de marisco' is very big for two. As very huge, I was enough for 4 people. So we only had just half of it. But the taste was wonderful and just the one what I expected: Very... More

We arrived at the restaurant at 2pm and left at 4.30. The restaurant ignored its usual closing time of three pm and instead we were treated to an excellent meal at a very reasonable price and offered Christmas treats "rabanadas" eggy- bread slices, fried and tossed in sugar and cinnamon too gorgeous for words and great with a cup of... I had a good meal but nothing extraordinary at all. The English waiter was super friendly and excellent- the only big plus about the place in fact but not enough to make it worth a visit. I went at lunch time, it lacked ambiance, a few other tables with tourists. That was my only meal in Porto; I feel a... More

We visited the place in group of 6 people and everyone loved the restaurant! Everything there is perfect! We chose shrimps for starters and I have to say that that was the best shrimps I have every had. The fish was also excelent, definitely try bacalhau. All dishes were very big and not that expensive considering how it tasted. I... More
