Nice old fashioned - but still relaxed - restaurant close to the casino. The premises are nice, the food is great, the service friendly and the price level quite reasonable. Thus Casa Velho could well be recommended for a pleasant evening.

The food was wonderful. The carpaccio of swordfish to start and then espada in champagne such as main course. The mango au gratin is a perfect way of finishing your meal.
