Situated in a very quite street in Lapa district this is an excellent choice.Very good food and service with honest price.Tha wine list has good surprises. The decoration is cool and in the summer there are outside tables in a beautiful garden.

There's always part of me wonders if return visits promise much but deliver little. Well we were not disappointed on a Tuesday evening booking early in the new year. Apart from the fact we couldn't dine all fresco, it being winter, it was all stunning. Brilliant food, excellent service even though the outgoing American Ambassador was hosting a farewell do.... Went on a Friday for lunch. Lovely setting with beautiful tiled rooms. All in all very elegant. Relatively small lunch menu but everything we had was exceptional, Lovely couvert of exceptional breads, carrot and chorizo spread and corn foam soup sort of thing. Main courses were roast black pork with beans and a ground lamb dish with couscous, cauliflower and... More

Another great restaurant hidden away in the side streets of Lisbon. A series of shabby chic rooms with lots of atmospher. The most interesting menu offered in our time in Lisbon . The food was uncomplicated nicely presented using seasonal local ingredients. Excellent friendly service.

Well I do have some constructive criticism him of this place, but if trip adviser reviewera are writing five star reviews for gelato and cookies, this place definitely deserves five stars! This is an excellent romantic restaurant. We were greeted by a very positive and happy hostess, which is not necessarily the norm in Portugal as we are learning. With... More

Came here on our first night of vacation in Lisbon and we were NOT disappointed! Chef/owner is fantastic and seen in the dining room consistently through the night. The eggplant app and recommended wine pairing, Thai salmon main dish, and sweet things dessert platter (which was made for the table!!!!) are all highly recommended. The chef brought out all wine/dessert... More

So to start, we had a fantastic meal. The food and service were five star! Then you add the fact that we were eating with our four year old and that the staff were so hospitable and accepting of our son makes our experience so much more than fI've stars. We just want to say thank you to the staff... More

Would recommend this place. It is absolutely reasonably priced and the food was very exotic and interesting.

Escaped from a conference evening to have dinner here with a friend having found it on tripadvisor. Slightly obscure residential location, amazing warm welcome, woth welcome glass of bubbles and going home ptesent of sardines (naturally), beautiful elegant rooms, stunning classy food and a wine list of beauty wonder and moderate price. I cannot wait to find an excuse to... More

Thanks to its outstanding rating I went with a business friend on a whim on a Tuesday evening. From the moment we walked in we knew we had made a fabulous choice. The staff were very friendly walking us through the menu and firming up on choices of wine. The wine list had some fine choices at both ends of... More
