Had a great sandwich as well as a couple of their famous tarts. The tarts were warm and served with cinnamon and icing sugar and the sandwich was so fresh tasting. A very reasonable price! A line up of about 20 people got through in...More

Everyone goes for the Pasteis and they are great! We lucked out and there were not long lines to take out but the 400 seating inside was packed and service seemed slow. Only room that seemed appealing was the outdoor garden but there was a...More

The little vanilla pastels are the best I have tried in the whole of Lisbon. Crunchy and smooth at the same time. Recommended!

Fresh outta the oven. You can see the kitchen/factory as well. Get your pastéis warm with a cup of delicious Portuguese coffee and let them blend and melt together in your mouth. It's a unique culinary experience.

Was thrilled go get the tarts, staff could be more welcoming. Ate the tarts few days later - best to eat then straight away.

Pasteis can be found everywhere in the city but none are like these. The line goes quickly and so worth the wait.

Before visiting Portugal, I was already obsessed with Portuguese tarts. So I purposely booked a hotel near the bakery in Belem so that I could have as many as I want. It was a great decision, we had it everyday and never got sick of...More

This is undoubtably tourist mass processing. Part of the hype is understandable as the Pasteis are very good and among the best we had in Lisbon. But apart from that they do not really care about customer satisfaction: The floor in the guest room was...More

Be prepared to join the ever-lengthening queue outside the shop at Belem near the bus stop. You don’t need directions as it’s the place with the blue awnings with the line of people queuing up for their legendary Pasties del Nata, said to be the...More

I don't recall seeing eggs and things like those, but we had the pasteis, pastries and also chicken and beef empanadas... they do have options. So I guess it's a question of what falls into your category of breakfast.
