Went solo on a Saturday night. Was very quiet but the food was fresh & I shall return!:) Wasn't anything fancy but I found the staff really friendly the place seemed clean with super fresh sushi :) Perfect for what I was looking for.

First of all - their miso is excellent. Secondly - they are fresh. Sushi is made right then, fresh cuts of fish. Thirdly - creative. Can make veggie/fruit sushi rolls for you if you want. Only downside, only take cash. Come prepared. Service was very good, very friendly.

We've been here a couple of times for a snack, and once for lunch. Staff is generally friendly, but don't really speak English other than a few words. From our experience this is the best value sushi we have found in Lisbon.

I like this place. I am no sushi aficionado, but this stuff is tasty and the prices are reasonable. Good if you're on a budget. I lived round the corner for a few weeks and used to go here a lot. I then went back recently with my two year old and they were kind enough to give her a... More

This restaurant has a very simple and high-quality menu. We had two of the 24 pieces boxes for take-away. I had to wait for 20 minutes to get them as everything is only freshly made which is a quality factor by itself.

Excellent sushi! Very particular and delicious! Don't expect a Japanese restaurant because they have only sushi at good prices (tot 45€ in 2 and we were full) and not a lot of other dishes, we took also a soup, excellent!

This small unassuming sushi restuarant may not look like much, however, the sushi is some of the best I've ever tasted! The ingredients were fresh and the sushi was prepared quickly and artfully! We ordered the 24 peice set (€15) and shared it between us. Highly recommend!

This is my favorite sushi place in Lisbon. It is a small, cozy place and the sushi is amazing! I would definitely recommend this!

Such a good price for this great quality sushi! Very simple setup but surprisingly good quality. Only 10€ for a good sized lunch! Enjoyed it a lot

Me and my wife love to eat sushi, every time we travel and we try out the "best" sushi in town. And this small place was amazing, fresh food, nice style, it was not traditional sushi but still i loved it!

Staying in Baixa, Rossio & Restauradores

Neighbourhood Profile
Baixa, Rossio & Restauradores
A pending candidate to become a World Heritage Site, Lisbon's downtown (the "Baixa Pombalina", or simply "Baixa") is a perfect example of anti-earthquake construction, having been rebuilt following the 1755 earthquake by the famous Marquês de Pombal (hence its name). Its offer is vast: restaurants and cafes in Rossio and Restauradores, outlets and shops in the Áurea, Augusta, Prata and other famous streets, the imponent Praça do Comércio and its Arch, the luxury shops along the Avenida da Liberdade, this is the beating heart of the city center. The Baixa also grants easy access to trains leading to Sintra, the trams that go around the Castle hill, old neighborhoods or even take you to Belém, and Lisbon's traditional restaurants and cafes. Considering a visit to the Fashion and Design Museum (free entrance) and don't forget to try the famous liquor, "ginjinha"!
