Nice signer and good settings, however, the waiters were so horrible. It would be a nice experience without those horrible waiters.

Show is good, food is good and plenty, wine-not so good, at least the white dry we were recommended. Prices a bit high but in the end did not have the feeling of rip-off, others have experienced in this kind of fado restaurants.
It you don't like to go to one of the touristic places to ejoy Fado music, then this is perfect. We had a great evening with excellent food. The covers they are serving are substantial and you may not need a starter. Three different artists performed for anout 15 minutes at a time. Very enjoyable
Nothing special apart from the bar that use to be an oven, but I assume it is. A must if you are a tourist in Lisbon. Folk singers are quite good to catch up the flavor of a country
We were so looking forward to a wonderful experience. I had emailed the restaurant prior to our trip to Portugal, and then called to make a reservation. Almost the entire evening was a disaster. The service started out well, but went quickly downhill. Perhaps it was that we ordered the least expensive meals?? Regardless, we had to ask for service... More
best of fado music ,very good food ,very good service. a must when in Lisbon!!! A traditional restaurant with a special atmosphere not cheep but worth the price
We got in this restaurant at the last minute by increasing the # on our friends prior made reservation. When you enter, it has a cozy atmosphere with polite service. Food orders are made, we chose the prix fixe menu and enjoyed our choices. Each meal course is served in advance of each performance. There were 4 performers total and... More
I'm surprised that the reviews for this restaurant are so variable. I went with some people from my tour group on the recommendation of our guide, who said that when it came to fado, this is the real thing. We took the fixed price option, but still had plenty of choices for appetizer, soup, main course, and dessert. I am... More
This was our second Fado experience in Lisbon and we really enjoyed this one as much as our first one. The performers were very good and very passionate in their performances. Food was good but quite expensive in fact more than any other meal in Lisbon during our stay. The cover charge options really add up before you even order... More
Nice decoration and environment but all very quite due to the Fado ambience. Food is good and remains very Portuguese/traditional. Service is kind and efficient. As for the prices, these are ridiculously high... for sure 3 times what they worth in comparison with similar restaurants for the same food and drinks. Hotels and travel agencies commissions need to be paid... More
