We tried a combination of menu items here. Cod, Sardines, seafood rice. All were ok but I think were had been spoiled by a previous dinner at cervejaria ramiro. Prices were about the same. The rolls were terrible.

Decent Portuguese food for a reasonable price. The staff is friendly and correct. The main course bacalhau com nata (cod with cream) was delicious. It's no tourist trap at all and recommendable for lunch or dinner.

The couple we traveled with prefer much more discreet, hometown places to eat--but even they admitted this was a good experience and not overpriced. The four of us ate our fill and a bottle of wine for under $60E. We won't be back--but glad we...More

earthquake by the famous Marquês de Pombal (hence its
name). Its offer is vast: restaurants and cafes in
