The restaurant is located on a hill that offers a great view of the city. You are welcomed by a host and swiftly guided to your table. We opted for the 4-course surprise menu and asked for a wine recommendation. The starter was very tasteful...and vegetarian, followed by grouper, grouse and finally a desert with raspberry and chocolate. The waiter recommended a reserve Albarinho from the house Soalheiro that paired absolutely wonderfully with the dishes. It was from 2018 instead of 2018 as stated on the wine list, but that was no problem. The best part was the staff, friendly, respectful but not distant or stuck-up, not intrusive but with honest recommendations. The interior of the restaurant feels a bit sober, but I guess you appreciate that during hot summers.More

Myself and a work colleague attended Epur last night for dinner. Having read the reviews we were excited for our meal. Our expectations were high but they were met in every respect. The service, the decor and of course the food were exemplary and without...a doubt deserving of their Michelin star. We both agreed the grouse was our favorite of the four courses, but it's also worth mentioning the wine pairing served to us on each course were equally beautiful. Each of the courses were referred to as 'moments' and deservingly so. These delicately constructed, modern dishes with true essence of Mediterranean cuisine were moments neither of us will be forgetting any time soon. Compliments to chef Vincent Farges and to Miguel for the excellent service all night.More

I read many of the reviews and thought it couldn’t be that good, but it was. We ordered the 3 course lunch menu and wound up with 8 delightful courses from 3 amuse busches, 3 courses, 3 main courses, a pre dessert, a desert and...a post desert. Wow! A delicious 3 hours. A bit of a shocker, however, the bill was ₹200, however, my wife did have wine pairings. It was worth itMore

Undeniably this unforgettable supper was one of the best fine dining dinners of my life. Amazingly delicious and perfect dishes, masterful wine selection and pairing. The relaxed atmosphere with the staff at the end of the dinner demonstrates the high standard of hospitality in Portugal....Thanks to everyone who contributed to making our evening so great and special. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️More
