Waited forever for gelato - rude staff. Wouldn't let kids taste anything. No smiles. Made us feel bad for asking for food. Stay away.

Been here many times on previous holidays and always thoroughly enjoyed not so on this visit. Staff rude and unattentive not even a cursory check to see if everything was ok. Weren't that busy but serving us seemed to be a chore. Food wasn't bad...More

Went in here for some gelato. Asked to try a flavor (which is not uncommon to do) and the lady behind the counter barked "No tasting." So I decided to go to the bathroom and come back and decide. A waitress followed me into the...More
