My husband and I ate here earlier this month on the recommendation of our accommodation, Jacquemine B&B. We sat outside as the weather was good and most of the diners appeared to be locals which is usually a good sign. It is situated on the edge of a small square, so great for watching the world go by. We had... More

Great location for people watching. Crisp white linen and older, attentive staff. We took a table in the sun and had the Vol au Vents Royal with shrimp, chicken and sweetbreads. Compliments to the chef. Most of the diners were wealthy regulars. Fabulous meal.

3 fantastic courses with the Chateaubriand main for the 2 of us. The beef was cooked to perfection, there is a good and varied wine list and the service was great. 3 staff served us on a busy Saturday night and it was plain that they were proud of the business. Absolutely recommend this restaurant.

We dined here on the recommendation of our hotel. The Brasserie itself is lovely. We were seated and given menu's and decided we couldn't decide between the lamb chops or the Chateaubriand. We asked our waiter, the older of the three for his recommendation of meat choice that day, as all animal meat varies and the chef should be able... More

The steaks were fabulous. The service was borderline surly. I admit that being from the provinces of Pittsburgh, I am used to a baseline of friendliness. Also, we'd just come from Amsterdam, where everyone was wonderful to us. Still, feeling dismissed by and condescended to by my server is not part of my ideal restaurant experience.

We dined there early on a Wednesday evening and were lucky to get a table without booking as it soon filled up. First impression of the menu was that it was very confusing. They had a laminated English menu to go along side it which helped a lot, but interpreting the drinks menu on the main one was a nightmare.... More

Arrived late in the day, around 9pm, got a table outside, 2kids in tow, worn out from a journey ove rhe Channel. We were met with a homey atmosphere, great laid back service, food was awesome (kids loved the langoustines), fantastic local beer (we re in Bruges 😀) , great terrine, great mussels, good wine by glass... Could go on

Great food and crew! All the waiters were so nice, helping us to choose the dishes and making sure we're all well served. They seemed to be in such a good mood and willing to speak in almost every language we tried to speak with them to make us understood. The food were also really good!

We had dinner here with our 11y old daughter. I had vol aux vent which was really nice. The rest of the family had sole which they liked very much. The kids menu has real food instead of the common fries with a plain burger or fish. Recommended.
