I had booked a table for a special dinner with 10 colleagues at the Thai Rainbow, on Tuesday 21st January. I arrived near St Catherine church and felt lost. No sign of the restaurant. It has been replaced by a Brazilian barbecue restaurant called Pampas... So could someone please delete their details from the website?

Have been there a few times, and have never been disappointed with the quality and variety of the food. Although the service could be better, the restaurant has its own charm and is suitable for couples as well as groups. Its arguably the best Thai restaurant in the city centre.

Dined here last week. The restaurant is located just off Place St Catherine and its a nice location. The ambiance is also nice and the waiters polite. Service was prompt and efficient although this could have been aided by the fact that there were only 5 tables with patrons. I opted for the mixed starter which consisted of a delicious... More

Tried this restaurant as a change from the typical Brussels food. It was a Friday night and fairly busy but we got a table no problem. The waiter took the order and memorised it, but unfortunately his memory failed him as they brought me the wrong main course. Which meant my husband was sitting with his main course waiting on... It is a cosy place with friendly staff. The satay chicken is good and the red curry chicken was really thai style. It is a good choice for a nice evening. It is not outstanding but has a good quality-price-relation.

I had a dinner here at the end of a seminar in Bruxelles. I was just looking for a relatively cheap dinner in Place Saint-Catherine. It was my first time at a Thai restaurant. Food was delicious and spicy, exactly as I imagined thai cuisine to be. The restaurant was quite empty, so service was very fast. Furniture was relatively... More

This looked rather like the kind of place where one would drink a lot of over-priced fruity cocktails, and a bit scruffy at that. But it was a very cold January night and as I don't eat fish, most of the places around the Place Sainte-Catherine did not appeal. But I was very pleasantly surprised by the menu which included... This is part of the Blue Elephant group of restaurants which I am rather partial to and the food is as good as at any of the other restaurants. The atmosphere is rather nice - "mood" lighting unlike so many Belgian restaurants which feel like you are eating in the full glare of the afternoon sun they are so brightly... More

The 4 of us went to to this restaurant on a Saturday night. It is not busy between 6-8, so it is easy to get a table without a reservation. The soups are a bit pricey, but very tasty. Everyone of us ordered a different main dish and all of us really enjoyed what they ordered, the duck and the... More

Lovely place with great food. Even when full on a busy Sat evening the atmosphere was still quite relaxed. Dropped the ball a little bit by forgetting our starter... which led to a significant wait between drinks/main. Good experience overall though and would certainly go again.
