I had a macchiato and it was sooooo delicious! Absolutely worth the long walk there from where we were earlier that day. Hubby had a chai with milk and was impressed, (which is difficult). I bought the beans used to make the macchiato and am looking forward to using them when I get home. The cakes were very good. Chocolate... More

If you happen to be in downtown Brussels and feel like a cup of quality coffee, cappuccino, latte or other takes on caffeine-infused beverages, rather than walking into a Brasserie or local bar (which tend to serve overpriced Nespresso), try AKSUM. Here they use Ethiopian coffee , generally single origin, highly aromatic, and know how to extract from it a... More

Love this place! Here you can get the best coffee and the best treat! Cakes are very tasty as well ( you absolutely need to try their cheese cake). Since they moved there is even more place for coffee asdics. See you soon !

Not just a cafe with a push button coffee making machine this is the REAL DEAL. They spend time making the coffee and milk and then combining it correctly. Ive had a lot of trouble finding a decent coffee shop while in Belgium and Im sure there must be more but theyre just not listed correctly on Trip Advisor.

Very nice coffeeshop with Ethiopian and Kenyan coffee. Served by locals, amazing experience and delicious desserts. Perfect in warmer seasons when there's an option to sit outdoors.

This is a good option for grabbing coffee close to the city center. The atmosphere is relaxed and the coffee is great!

After looking around based on their old address (TripAdvisor downloaded version), we stumbled at their Cafe @ Rue des Chapeliers 17. Excellent coffee and cakes. Service is great too!! Glad we came :)

It's a little place with good Ethiopian coffee. The staff is very friendly. The choice of the deserts is not that big but it's not actually a pastry-shop.
