This was a recommendation for the BEST waffles. It was good. We tried one of each type. However I'm not sure that the waffles were any better than the 1euro waffle that can be found everywhere else. (I liked the round one which is chewier...More

I had just arrived in Brussels and the first place I went was Maison Dandoy. What a terrible experience! I live in London and in many places I'm used to order, pay and eat. It took about half an hour to someone look at my...More

We tried both types - it's a matter of preference. Both were good in their own right, but not extraordinary compared to what we have where we come from (Singapore)

Me and the misses tried the strawberry and ice cream waffle. It cost €7.50 and was terrible. The strawberries are tinned and inedible. The waffle light and without any real substance. I will not return.

Definitely do the Liege Waffle rather than the Brussels Waffle. They're spectacular!!!!! And, with Liege Waffles, a local told us that "less is more," and to only get powdered sugar. The waffle is already sweet, and chocolate/fruit will only take away from their awesome flavor!...More

Nice place and charming atmosphere. Not cheap waffles but it is worth to visit. Indeed, it is just in city centre very close to the most important places to visit.

Best waffles we had in our short visit to Belgium. Not the cheapest, but really delicious. Recommend the Liege waffle over the Brussels waffle! Service was friendly and efficient, definitely recommended.
