We were on vacation in Brussels for 4 days in may and found this small place on TripAdvisor and heard it was real good from a belgian friend as well. We tried to get a table the first two days but didn't succeed until the third day and we were a bit lucky then(people were leaving as we came). We... More

We enjoyed all of the different dishes we ordered- ham leg, veal meatballs, steak, shepard's pie, beef stew, chicken with mushrooms and a special fish that I can't remember the name of. The service was great and so was the beer and wine. Luckily we arrived early, because the place filled up quickly. It seems to be popular among locals,... More

This restaurant was very wonderful. Wonderful selection of Beers. The veal meatballs, pommes frites, shepherds pie, ham leg, were all really great. Gregory waited on us and he did a great job. We had a health scare at our table and he stepped up and pitched in as required showing concern for a fellow human being. Try it you will... More

Got the last table for the dinner serving outside the restaurant! Advice is to reserve a table beforehand! The brown beer recommended to me was excellent and the meatball main course was nicely done!

We went here on the recommendation of a tour guide who told us it was his favorite. Not a lot of fan-fare. It appears to be an old house that was converted. It is VERY TIGHT - tables very close together, booth benches shared - almost family style. If you are looking for intimacy, you shall be highly disappointed unless... More

First we had to wait at the bar and later for the waiter . It's a tiny local place. The food was delicious. The owner advised us about the right beer selection, they were real beer connoisseurs. Even if you have to wait to get a spot it's totally worth it.

Found this on TripAdvisor and thought we would give it a try. Really glad we did and highly recommend the ham. Food was excellent and a true hidden gem.

We ate here for dinner during a recent trip to Belgium and really enjoyed our meal here. First off, the beer is really the star here and they have a huge menu with dozens if not close to a hundred beers. We were a bit overwhelmed but fortunately the staff spoke perfect English and made some really excellent suggestions. The... More

We enjoyed one of the best meals here for lunch. The pork leg ham was simply amazing - incredible - the beer selecting was good - Only drawback - food not served for those sitting outside - so we could not enjoy a beautiful springs day,
