Brilliant cuisine, successfully mixing Western and Eastern influences. Seems the Chef is aiming for an even slightly more complex style recently, but the overall sum of the ingredients still works like magic. Expect a full house and not an optimal acoustic experience (it can be a bit noisy). But above everything else: expect to be enchanted!

We had a very interesting meal, 5 course tasting menu with matching wines, the majority of which were very good. Service was excellent and not too stuffy as in some starred establishments, Hang Ting sets the correct balance between informality and quality service. Some of the dishes, soft shell crab in particular, were excellent, all were cooked beautifully with first... More

We enjoyed a fantastic chef's surprise menu with wine pairing by Saskia. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the service top notch. Wines very creative and of good quality.

Each plate is carefully composed and balanced - nonetheless most impressive of all was the dessert, a destructed blackforrest made with a variety of intense ingredients, processed in amazing textures

This is a very good place to eat at as it serves some of the best food in town. The owners and staff are very helpful and friendly and know what they're doing. The one downside is that if you take a menu here you can opt for the wine menu that "matches" the courses. Never in my life have... More

We thoroughly enjoyed the dinner, beautifully designed and tasty dishes, excellent wines and very reasonable price for this quality. The only - but rather important - problem was the noice. Is it the Hague yuppies who speak so load, is it the design of the restaurant? We could only follow about 20% of the explanations about our food, even when... More

I got a table at the last minute, which was pretty lucky given the restaurant's reputation and Michelin star. They have a LOT of staff, one helping you into the restuarant, one to take your coat/hat, one to seat you etc. I went for a 4 course menu, which actually is a 6 course, what with the amuse, and the... We had the 4 dishes surpise menu. Very interesting and delicious food. Interesting combination as deer with a peanut sauce: excellent. And talk to the sommelier! She really know her wines.

Situated in the city centre, this restaurant serves perfect oriental haute cuisine. Very friendly staff and nice, cosy setting. We had the 'tea menu': some nice appetizers set the expectations. Three starters with fish, all very fresh, correct harmony of flavours and surprising combinations (the best marrowbone ever!). Followed by a corect cooked angus beef and refreshing dessert with oranges... More

HanTing is certainly not your typical Michelin-starred restaurant as the atmosphere and service is relatively informal and prices are decent. However, with the composition of the dishes brilliant and the tastes harmonious one can certainly understand the reasoning by the tyre company! So why did I not give HanTing the 5-point score: we felt a bit rushed (in fact had... More
