From the BBQ cultures in Argentina and Brazil, Asia with Vietnam and Thailand and of course the Braai in South Africa. Every country or continent knows its own culture of cooking on fire; the original way of cooking. Europeans also know this cooking culture and we are looking for this too. Striking in Europe is that at the special restaurants and places that we visited smoked flavored food was missing. Last saturday we went to thuis barbecue restaurant in the hague. We’ve had a warm welcome in a good looking restaurant. Verry friendly staff, nice dishes, nice beers and enough choice for wine of soda.

I was with some friends the last week and we’ve tried the ribs and burgers. The ribs are one of the best in my life, the burgers are also really nice. Lovely dinner, I’ll be back for sure.

I eat lovely diner in this great restaurant. What a meat...... We had spare ribs as a starter and as a main Coté de Boeuf amazing, different level! For sure ill come back at this restaurant, Bravo for the staff!
