Staff were very helpful - the menu was not available in English so a lot of trust was place on staff to explain the menu. Ended up getting the first thing explain to save time. Food was nice.

Table of five on the split level floor in the restaurant was perfectly positioned close to the fire place on this cold Feb evening. The service was as warm and welcoming as the food. Amazing menu with a lot of surprising varieties. Worth the visit!!
Spur of the moment decision to visit Haarlem from Amsterdam; beautiful old town, less crowded than Amsterdam; sun was shining and Metzo was sheltered from a strong breeze. Table outside, first class attention; carpaccio and pesto sandwich, plus Metzo special ciabatta, two Colas, all for €22.00; great tasting food, presented well. Definitely worth a visit.

Nice cava... More
