The meal was a pleasant one as we had cheeseburgers served with fries at only 9 Euros along with dinderballen which I recoomend. Beer served there was good and the atmosphere was very chilled.

This is a lovely beer cafe, hidden in a back street near Leidseplein. Fairly small, and a little tight, but the with a wonderful range of beers and very knowledgeable staff. The place is warm and comfortable with "lived-in" furniture and a very informal, friendly,...More

They have some really lovely Belgian beer here. It's a typically dark, woody and pleasant Dutch bar, not far from Leidseplein.

I was checking online for some restaurants and saw a lot of good reviews about the De Zotte. We had an amazing experience there. We ordered a cheese board and the rib-eye. Belgian beers.

On Sunday night we Kicked off a brilliant night here enjoying a three course meal and sampling some special beers which the chef had paired with the meals. Great food, great beer, great service and great atmosphere.

If you love good quality beer then it's your heaven. It's a bit expensive for a student budget but normally affordable. The only problem might be the size of the bar. As it's so small, it's difficult to find a place and you might need...More

This pub specializes in Belgian beer with about 20 Belgian beers on tap and who knows how many by the bottle. We came here for the beer, but our light dinner of quiche and salad was very good. One server handled the entire establishment for...More

One of Amsterdam’s most preferred outdoor markets and
some of the city’s favorite watering holes are but two
of the many reasons to save ample time for a stroll
through this especially convivial warren of narrow
streets with its unfair share of quirky shops and
quality galleries. Historically a haven for the
working class and emigrants, these days the Jordaan is
better known as an enclave for artists and designers.

Reasonably priced and they do have specials which are often cheaper than some of the normal items. I'd expect to pay from 15 Euros to 20 Euros. Their menu is very similar - price-wise to the Tripel bar (which they also own... More
