Good location, pleasant setting, courteous and efficient service. The food is good but not outstanding. As a first course the tartare is very good. For main course the filet mignon is good, but not remarkable and it comes with a small portion of good mustard....More

Beautiful setting: tasteful interior, classy and bright. Great looking menu and welcoming staff- all very promising at first. And then the mismatch between the expectations and the reality begins... With all good intentions, staff is obviously lacking experience (wine gets spilled, clumsy serving), champagne gets...More

On the rainy Sunday afternoon the place looked very inviting (which seems to be unusual for Amsterdam). White clothing on the tables, a lot of lights, etc. The only complaint was that it was too cold inside, but there shut down some "door upstairs" and...More

I have been having dinner at the Brasserie Von Baerle for many years - perhaps 7-10 years - I no longer count. The food (so far!) has always been expertly prepared. Their chef is really good! They have gluten free options, the staff knows their...More

As far as I know, they do all kinds of diets, including gluten free. You probably have to tell them in advance, so they can taylor the menu.
