Timeless, dark wood bar with bar seating and lounge chairs and cocktail tables. Wonderful wine selection and hand crafted cocktails. The bar snacks were a tasty surprise.

Loved the Pulitzer Bar. We were staying at the hotel and made it our nightly ritual but many people came in from the cold for a spell. The wait staff was super friendly and vibe was easy going and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Had great cocktails at the bar last weekend. A real nice feel to the bar, very friendly and hip barmen and I liked the vibe

This is an elegant spot to have a relaxing congenial drink with friends or family. The decor is spectacular, the seating is generously spaced so you're not on top of anyone but intimately arranged. The drinks are excellent and even a bottle of ginger ale was high level.

Whilst staying in the newly refurbished Hotel Pulitzer (which is fantastic) our last drink in the evening was often in this bar. A great spot for a nightcap, great moody lighting and very knowledgable barmen. Well worth a visit.

I have been visiting many places in Amsterdam. If you want to take a sit and have a drink with your friend, it is one of my best. Prices might be higher a bit. But it is affordable. The atmosphere is also great for couples. Go and do it:) Enjoy

Nice .. but as the Dutch would say "niet zo gezellig" .... in English could be nicer ... it was not warm or cozy .. the staff were very stuck up .. and even though I have lived in Amsterdam for 20 years .. they treated me like a tourist .. shame as it has great potential

I don't usually like spending time in hotel bars when visiting a city, however, we spent a couple of hours here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were very friendly and knowledgable and the ambience is excellent. Worth popping in for a beer or a cocktail if passing by.

A stunning bar. Quite old fashioned in design but anything but in terms of available drinks and the attention of the waiting staff. The only down side is the price. I am glad we went but i couldn't justify going again! Two gin and tonics including snacks which were provided as standard set us back €27!!!

Thank Julie K

The glamour of long lost times enters the modern day at the Pulitzer's Bar. This timeless hotel bar tells a contemporary tale of cocktail history through a classic menu and an effortlessly elegant atmosphere. Thanks to its makeover in 2016, the interior captures the accessible elegance of old school hotel bars in a monumental Amsterdam building with its own entrance at the Keizersgracht. One could easily flee the bustle of the city, yet overlook its signature canals, in one of the comfortable armchairs around the fireplace or talk the night away at the impressive Art Deco style bar.
