This was a lovely dinner, we were not particularly hungry so it was great we didn't have to pick a fixed menu but could just choose a few dishes. I had battered king prawns with shallots to start, a lovely little dish. I then had...More

It is fine dining on a terrace on a beautiful summer day. We asked if the terrace was open and the answer was yes. After waiting in vain for 20 minutes I went again inside to notify the staff of our presence. We had excellent...More

Very unusual, but we really enjoyed our dining experience. Service was excellent and so was the food!

Fine dining is not for everyone and I was very disappointed with the whole experience as there was no traditional food on the menu and for an hotel catering for international guests this is bad.

The food was delicious and provided in smaller portions so you can choose multiple dishes. The bread is fresh baked and served hot. The fried seaweed crisps are great.

Description
The Restaurant De Kersentuin has undergone a complete renovation and is now open once again. With a famous history which spans more than 30 years, the restaurant has now moved in an exciting and innovative new direction. The kitchen is in the capable hands of two-starred Michelin chef Stefan van Sprang. Stefan's motto is high-level casual dining with a healthy serving of flair. Among other culinary delights, his menu includes simplified versions of several signature dishes from Aan de Poel.
