Such a nice little place. Fresh pasta was wonderful - and the meatballs were very good. A pleasant find close to the delightful flower market.

We walked 20 mins from Centraal Station to fine here and we weren't disappointed. It's not a fancy restaurant but the service is friendly and the food is tasty, as well as being well priced €35 for lasagna, pasta, a beer, and a tiramisu. Lasagna and pasta were delicious. Absolutely recommend if you want tasty and good value no frills... More

I visited Italy two weeks ago and ate a lot of Lasagnas, my favorite dish. The Lasagna at the Pasta Factory in Amsterdam was much better than most of the Lasagnas I ate in Italy, the pasta was fresh and the dish was delicious. But while waiting to the check a cat. yes A CAT was running from side to... More

The four of has had each a different selection, all the plates were great. I personally liked the meatball but the one I took with the black pasta and salmon was also very good and quite special.

We ordered the foccasia. No taste at all, could have used some garlic sauce, but the waiter said they only had real garlic. The service was quite fast, but he forgot the second round of drinks, but forgetfulness seems normal in Amsterdam. We think the pasta would be better.

In two days I visited the restaurant twice. On first visit it was truly home made pasta but I looked to the person that was on the other side of the restaurant and he was eating salami focaccia and it looks delicious therefore I back again to tasty it and was another amazing experience. Came for lunch today. My boyfriend had the tuna foccacia and I had the Frutti de Mare (scallops, prawns, mussels and octopus) one. It was seriously AMAZING! Want to come back next time we're in Amsterdam. :)
