Thoroughly enjoyed our meal at fou fow ramen! Starter was the chicken gyoza and crispy chicken wings - which did not disappoint! The ramen was delicious and very filling.

The location is good. The restaurant is right next to Albert Kuipe market and tram no.4 is there. Sui Gyoza was good. I had Tonkotsu and I find it was a bit less salty. Maybe adjusted to Dutch customer's taste. It is a bit more salty in Japan.

Went here today with some friends for dinner. Each of us ordered ramen and we shared some chicken wings. The food was really delicious and authentic! I would definitely recommend coming here early because the place is quite small and they don't accept reservations. The only downside is that it was kind of a struggle for them to divide our... We were staying nearby and had noticed the restaurant was always full so we thought we would try it at opening time. We arrived around 5:15pm on a Thursday evening, by 6:15pm, the restaurant was full and people were queuing outside. We just popped in for some gyozas! We tried the fried & steamed, both were beautiful! We decided to... More

It is a great ramen restaurant in a great part of Amsterdam. The service is friendly and fast. The portions are big. Great value for money! If you go on Saturday chances are the place will be packed because of nearby organic food market. Vege ramen is truly remarkable, but I recommend all the variations anyway. It is one of... More

Quick and easy, sat at window near river while watching people bike around Amsterdam. The pho was delicious, a bit more expensive than I thought yet worth the experience.

We visited here after walking past the previous evening and noticing how full the restaurant was. The menu is simple - ramen in broth, pork, veg... with a good selection of sides such as gyoza, chilli tofu and edamame beans. Service was fine, relaxed and quick. Food was tasty. Very reasonable and a good alternative to lots of pizza/ steak... More

Great ramen and good service. Definitely worth a visit for a cheap cheerful lunch. The pork tonkutsu is yummy.

Staying in Jordaan

Neighbourhood Profile
One of Amsterdam’s most preferred outdoor markets and some of the city’s favorite watering holes are but two of the many reasons to save ample time for a stroll through this especially convivial warren of narrow streets with its unfair share of quirky shops and quality galleries. Historically a haven for the working class and emigrants, these days the Jordaan is better known as an enclave for artists and designers. As popular as the Jordaan is as a destination for locals and out-of-towners alike, the area never feels particularly touristy or overrun with outsiders. A highlight even for long-time Jordaan residents, be sure to accept any invitation to step within one of the area’s beloved courtyards or to have a sneak peek inside one of its many working studios.
