Me and my girlfriend did not have breakfast included at our hotel. Therefore, we were forced to find breakfast somewhere else outside the hotel. Fortunately, we found Moods Coffee just around the corner where we lived. it is a really nice, small and charming place. They have the best croissant I have ever tasted ! Otherwise, you can order the... More

- Started every day here, whether it was just a double cappuccino - which was an amazingly, smooth, rich delicious cup of coffee! Or, we'd do a continental breakfast - Very friendly - Freshly baked croissants - Great neighborhood atmosphere - I WOULD suggest however, staff should wash hands with actual SOAP after touching money before touching food - Our... Wonderful place to relax a bit, before starting to discover Amsterdam. Staff is friendly, environment is pleasant, quality is also very good. We ended up having breakfast here, almost everyday and it was always nice.

I enjoyed the coffee and the toasties. Prices were reasonable and the service was fast. Right across the street from Linden Hotel.

Visit this place in october 2016. Inside and outside very little places to sit, because everything is so small it is also very uncomfortable to sit. There are no signs or menu to see what you can order. Because we saw a coffee machine we ordered two coffees. When you make an order, even for two coffees, it takes a... More

The coffee is good, nothing special, but still better as Starbucks. It's also very good located, next to a little market and to a gracht. To wrap it up, it's the right choice for a coffee in Joordan, but be careful the birds are dangerous. A friend of mine was hit in a bird caused airstrike.

This place is located in the same building as the airbnb apartment we were staying at. Our host recommended it as a nice place for breakfast so we went by there and were not disappointed. The service was perhaps a bit, well, reserved, but not bad. The sandwiches and coffee were nice. If you're nearby, go by.

Thank Patrick C

Staying in Jordaan

Neighbourhood Profile
One of Amsterdam’s most preferred outdoor markets and some of the city’s favorite watering holes are but two of the many reasons to save ample time for a stroll through this especially convivial warren of narrow streets with its unfair share of quirky shops and quality galleries. Historically a haven for the working class and emigrants, these days the Jordaan is better known as an enclave for artists and designers. As popular as the Jordaan is as a destination for locals and out-of-towners alike, the area never feels particularly touristy or overrun with outsiders. A highlight even for long-time Jordaan residents, be sure to accept any invitation to step within one of the area’s beloved courtyards or to have a sneak peek inside one of its many working studios.
