Hands down the best sushi restaurant in Lausanne. Very friendly and professional service. Best quality of fish. Great wine and even better sake to pair! Tip: go wild on the menu and pick daring items... You'll be surprised!

Sushi zen is one of the Palace's - Lausanne's nr 2 hotel - restaurants. Good sushi, sashimi and chirashi. Excellent udon & Soba soups, unfortunately not available during summer month - why?? The wine list ok but a bordeaux was missing (pessac) without informing us...More
