We went there for lunch on a Sunday. The food was ok. But what really surprised and disappointed us was the poor service. Some extra training on customer friendly behavior would maybe help...

We were there for lunch last Friday. Food is really good. I would not mind that they cook long as the quality is pretty high. they were 3 tables occupied and 2 waiters. But the service is awful. You wait to be seated although the restaurant is empty, the waiter has a porker face expression and it seems that you... More

This my second positive review of the brasserie. I thoroughly enjoyed my second visit. Consistency is everything in this business. The food is very good and the service is excellent. I was treated with the utmost courtesy and professionalism by Flamur who looked after me during my stay at the hotel. Thank you! BTW, the only thing I could find... More

I have liked this brasserie in the past, but now have some concerns... Snails: arrived tepid, sent back. Were reheated (thus overcooked), not replaced. And yes, 2 in each shell - indeed, how does that happen? Calves liver/ EB burger: both excellent. Service: good until the 2nd sitting came (would recommend to avoid the busy Saturday night factor). Waited 45... More

We got a wonderful greeting from a young boy named "Sebastien"who was very helpful. Really good food, we orderd "Cocotte de moules","Escalope de veau viennoise" and a classic Cesar salad wich were really good! I think this place's overview is quite good I don't have any bad opinions.

Was recommended to this restaurant by the concierge of my hotel. I started with escargots that had more than one escargot per shell....how does that happen? Under-seasoned. Veal liver for the main course. One side was just on the side of too raw and the other overlooked. The gratin was good though! Overall, it wasn't very expensive but didn't live... More

This has long been one of our favourites in Lausanne but never again!. Serving fresh sea food, excellent service and a good atmosphere, we chose it for a special anniversary night. Sadly we were served the worst plate of sea bass imaginable - poorly cooked and definitely not fresh. We complained appropriately and were offered a re-make but the moment was... More

Typical Parisian brasserie. Efficient service, solid food, good environment. Wine list could be a bit better, particularly since they share the building with a 3 star Michelin...

Food was good, not exceptional. Service was very competent and attentive though. The restaurant is part of the Lausanne Palace hotel and as such not really cheap

The food was pretty bad. There was a strange salade and the beef you must not take if you don't have good teeth. The people who work there are nice, but they keep you waiting long. Maybe if you not take the beef it can be good.

Thank Harm D
