French cooking. Good choice in red meat, with fabulous taste. Specialities in pasta. Their cooking is full of flavours so that we would recommend to use less salt.

Amazing food! Wow. Fresh sea bass in fennel cream sauce was to-die-for. Perfect bread, sides, starters. Would go back for sure.

Very much agree with the previous review. We were staying in the Hotel Cristallo, which we would highly recommend, and eating in this in-house restaurant was an obvious choice for one night. But we wouldn't really choose to eat French food in a German speaking area and what is on offer is way too pricey for what it is. Go... More

This is the last time we had dinner here. Prices are too high for the offered dishes. The dishes are boring: year after year the same food. With upgoing prices. The service seems polite but is routine and lacks a real client oriented approach. Other restauarnts in Arosa offer the same and sometimes better total quality for considerable less money.

We enjoyed our lunch at Le Bistro very much. They had an excellent set lunch menu for a great price. We had the Gerstensuppe (which is a barley soup, typical for the region) and were even served a second spoonful when our friendly waitress saw we liked it so much. The main course was tasty pork and was followed by... More

We went there for dinner with kids. The menu is to die for! I had a hard time to choose. Everything was delicious. There was no place available in the front so we were sited in the big room in the back, which also quite nice, just less intimate. Service was professional and friendly. We would definitely go back.

We did not eat in the restaurant but stopped by twice for coffee and drinks in the cozy hotel bar "Le Bistro." This is a comfortable place for drinks, especially in the late afternoon because the bar offers a spectacular view of the mountains illuminated by the setting sun. The staff is very courteous with very good service. The dining... More

This is a great restaurant. Not the typical Swiss or German styled menu. The food is exceptional. Service fantastic too. Very discreet staff. Will visit again.
