EIGER GUESTHOUSE RESTAURANT, Murren

Excellent service! Emma made us feel like we were old friends. Delicious dinner capped off with great conversation, drinks and shots at the stammtisch. Couldn't have asked for a better place to hang out.

Fine

The food and service is good. To be in Switzerland, the price is not extremely expensive, but still, we found it expensive. The place is very nice.

Lovely hotel

Stayed here for one night whilst visiting Schilthorn. Lovely staff. Lively bar and the restaurant was excellent. Just get them to turn the heating in your room down!

Pizza and wine or beer night - fun!

If you are looking for a slightly less pricey eating option in Mürren this is a cute bar like setting with great service. Enjoyed the pizza a lot - decent wine and beer also!

Very Nice Dinner On Our First Night in Murren

It was our first evening in Murren. We were staying in an apartment for three nights & were tired from a full day of traveling in our car so we needed some place close bye for dinner. I had read reviews for the Eiger Guesthouse...Restaurant online & in travel books and it was very close to our apartment so it was the perfect choice. It was crowded but the sat us right away. It's a wonderful, cozy place for dinner. The food, service & prices were all very good.More

Sascha and Stephan, waiters at the restaurant, were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable about wine pairings and the menu. Good Swiss fondue, reindeer delicious, Chateaubriand and accompanying vegetables and noodles excellent. Chef always sent out a small appetizer with flavored butter before the meal. Lunch with a view

We arrived in Mürren tired and hungry after our hike from Grütschalp. We already knew where we wanted to eat, since we had read that this restaurant had gluten free pasta. It was easy to find; we didn't have to walk through the whole town...to get to it. The view was magnificent! The weather was perfect, so we were able to eat outdoors. Everyone had either pasta or pizza and everyone was very pleased with their choice. We had a great waiter who made the meal even more fun. Will definitely return!More

Best Meal In Switzerland

From the moment we (12 of us) walked in we were greeted as family! Emma was amazing! The house red wine was top notch! The risotto with veggies was perfect. Every person with us raved about their meals, chicken, pasta, salads, and desserts. The prices...were reasonable considering we were in a resort area. We left as family with hugs!
