Ohh what a lovely Feedback... thank you so much! We hope to see you soon
My dining experience at Mille Sens ranked first among all meals during a combined business/pleasure 10-day-long visit to Switzerland. I had a 3-course tasting dinner with wine pairings. The flavors and approach were a fusion of Central European and Asian. Decor was modern and comfortable....The staff were very warm and welcoming. Location was fantastic too. Loved it!More
Why this place does not have a star I cannot fathom. The complexity and compatibility of the the ingredients in each dish is beyond an ability to cook, it is art. I've eaten here three times now and each has been an incredible experience. Highlights...tonight were a 24 hour roasted pork belly with green mango, followed by a 48 hour braised egg with wagu beef ravioli. The egg had an incredible creaminess and depth of flavor that was complimented by the flavor and texture of the ravioli and the accompanying sauces.
And the wines are incredible at reasonable prices. I just let Domingo do his thing with the food and pairings. Remarkable. He shines with his selected pairings. Let him do your menu and you won't go wrong.
Beyond the menu is Domingo as an individual. He is not just a talented chef, but a great person. When you speak privately to his staff, they tell you that he is as gracious to them as he is to his customers.
If anyone from Michelin is listening, this is a jewel waiting to be discovered. Dig just a little and see if you agree!More

It's down an arcade so I walked around and around complements of google maps before I finally found it. Instead of the snobby 'Oh you don't have a booking' reaction, the waiter was laid back and welcoming. The complementary tasting offering was a little bland...but it was followed by a delicious dish with crispy fish, an intriguing tapenade and an astonishingly good lobster bisque. The sourdough was delicious, the wagyu spread a little weird but once I got used to it, perfectly acceptable. Then came the main, a delightful pork dish with a beautiful texture, along with tasty young carrots and vegetables that tasted like they'd had a good life. The fruit in the dessert was colourful and the caramel macadamias yum. The chef is working on the pavlova. It was delightful to meet him, a humble and congenial chap & I really enjoyed talking to him. The service was more than a little slow but the waiter was honest about it and apologised.More
My girlfriend and I came here to eat for a night out in Bern and the food was wonderful.
As a tourist, the welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant set the tone for the rest of the night. The amazing thought and execution in the food...and service made the night an unforgettable experience as the staff went above and beyond. The proper selection of wine has educated us in understanding which wine was perfect with our meal. The meal, on the other hand, was an out of this world experience. I am so thankful for Chef Domingo for not only cooking for us but introducing us into a different way of looking at food.More

Thank you so much! Wonderfull! We feel very happy, hope to see you when you visit Switzerland again.
Don’t let you fool by the odd location and maybe also the immediate feeling when you enter the huge restaurant room on the first floor. It is all about the food and why I give such high reco, because the meal was outstanding in every...way!
We choose the “Genussreise”: 5 smaller followed by 5 larger servings decided by the kitchen - good decision!
The dishes comes with a huge variety of ingrediences and tastes, every bite had its own particular flavour - the name “Mille Sense” describes it well. Chef Domingo and his staff was really attentive and understandably proud of their food. Fair priced so really value for money as well. Don’t expect a lot of posture but simply great food.More
