We had some white wine that we enjoyed across the street in the sun. Price was very fair and waitress friendly. Recommended!

Definitely not a touristic place. If was clear from the outside as I passed by. I got inside and saw the locals chatting with the owner. Family environment, clean and nice, extremely good "tagliere" with cheese, salami, bruschettas and marinated vegetables, highly recommended house wine (2 euros for a glass of Chianti). Then there was a fresh pecorino that I... More

We passed by in our quest to find a place to eat in Sienna after 3:00 pm. We gave it a try and we didn't missed. We ordered pasta and caprese for starter. The buffalla mozzarella was excellent coming from Naples. Pasta was also very good and the prices were very reasonable. Highly recommended.

This place was magical, gives you the feels of an authentic Italian place. Great vibe, everyone is super friendly. Best wine and the ''taglieri'' are ridiculously good. The price is also perfect! A real value for the price. A hidden gem.

Loved the crostoni. Great then to have cantuccini with some vino santo! Nice and easy! Service a bit slow but they also let you linger if you want to read the paper or chat.

We were looking for a local bar for aperitivi and what a great find! The young couple who run it are very welcoming and the bar appears to function at the heart of the contrada, as locals pop in for a drink on the way home and on our second visit, were celebrating a birthday. The wines are very good... More

We stopped here for a couple of Spritz which were half the price of those being served in the piazza. Just as good and the atmosphere was actually better. Lots of locals popping in chatting to each other. We didn't eat here so can't comment on that.

A very cosy place, lost in the amazing medieval streets of Siena. There only two ways to get there. The first one is if you wonder around and stand right outside by accident in this case you get the feeling “I must go” without doubt. The second one is if a local take you there, in that case you might... More
