This is a family business and you can see the passion and dedication of this couple. He is in the kitchen and she is on the floor making sure all customers are well served. We had an amazing 3 course meal where each dish was more delicious than the other. Really good. We honestly recommend.

I had a plate of pasta with black truffels that haunts me weeks afterward. All of us (three) in the party loved this place . Even though I lunch was pasta and a dessert we were treated to several additional amuse and a glass of Prosecco. I wish I could have gone back but we were there for the day.... More

We were spending the day in Siena and decided to try this restaurant for lunch. It is a very small ( around 8 tables), family run restaurant. Everything was outstanding. A very friendly lady welcomed us and served us a glass of prosecco and a delicious soup ( on the house). We ordered a seafood appetizer ( with lobster ,... More

although they have a great pasta and side dishes, what called me to their kitchen was the fish. perfectly prepared, soft and tasteful. And, if you can mix both fish and pasta, together with a local wine, Heaven...

This restaurant is classy, expensive and empty. We were booked here because our first choice was closed that night. We were told there were only two choices of sitting early or late. We chose early; maybe every else chose late as we were the only early diners on a Palio week! I had one of the dishes with the local... More

We visited the restaurant on a Friday night. The place was not very full but the quality of the food is amazing. Genuine Italian cooking, with high quality products and well executed. Among other things the dishes included a special local mushroom which we had in salad (me) and in pasta (my partner). We got a complementary glass of sparkling... More

My husband and I stumbled on this restaurant when strolling through Siena at lunch time. The interior looked extremely inviting with white tablecloths and photos of old Siena on the wall. We read the menu and it, too, beckoned, though the prices were a tad higher than what we generally pay for lunch. No one was dining there, however, and... More

We went by and decided to try this restaurant. We didn't fail. We got glasses of proseco rose and barley-tomato cream for welcome. Afterwards we chose the Tuscan 5 course menu and Tuscan rose wine. We were only sorry that we didn't stay in Siena longer.

We were 6, and we chose this ristorante in Siena purely by lucky (no internet at the time to consult the possible options). The experience was very nice: - Quiet restaurant - Discrete and nice service - Delicious food - A real Italian place, not so touristic, with discrete sophistication The main attraction during lunch was the “conchiglie”, the option...
