This Trattoria is a few doors down from our hotel. Once you are inside be prepared for a beautiful eclectic surprise. All sorts of things on the walls, copper pots too much to describe. Beautiful queen Anne type chairs. Beautiful painted dinnerware each plate different. Lovely lamps. Food was very good and reasonably priced. Good friendly service.

Stumbled upon this lovely restaurant whilst looking for somewhere to eat in Florence. There are so many places to choose to eat it is really hard to find somewhere due to the choice! I enjoyed the food here so much I ate here 3 times! The pizza is delicious and the pasta is just as good. The staff speak very... More

Good mid-price restaurant with colorful interior decor. Check it out on their website. We had our first dinner there after a long and tiring sequence of flights. They are open all day so we could eat early. I had tasty spinach ravioli and a super good eggplant parmesan. You'll enjoy this place.

I loved this rustic budget restaurant when I visited in September 2015. If you are seeking more classic homemade cooking, I highly recommend it. This is one of the few times I left some serendipitous moments to simply wander around and study menus in person when i discovered this gem. I ordered the excellent Tuscan stew Ribolita and the rabbit... More

We ate several times in this place in 2009 and couldn't fault it, simple food, authentic, rough and ready, but it's places like this that draw one back! The owner tended to bark at the staff often and very much kept them attentive but this only added to a great atmosphere. Seeing photos of the place made us think we'd... More

We were originally going to go to a fish restaurant not that far away from this place, but we saw this menu and thought it looked fine enough and the fish restaurant didn't have the same "vibe". We were wonderfully surprised to find lovely this place was. The staff were friendly and the food was awesome. I had a vegetarian... More

We had pizza all day and was looking for something else and ended up getting the duck salad and grilled chicken. The duck salad was so small and just a few pieces of sliced cured duck... Cost 9 euro! The chicken was flavourless. The bread that they gave was stale!!! And charged us 3 euro for if! Bad experience.

We stumbled across this restaurant when we were heading towards the train station after a day trip to Florence. We had been on our feet all day and to be honest were just looking for somewhere that looked reasonable to eat. We lucked out. Great choice on the menu and everything we had was delicious. My husband had the steak... More
