My husband and I visited this place for dinner. We love chinese food and wanted to try out something different. Its a small restaurant. Very simple and basic interiors. Its a family owned business. The owner and her children and some staff are running the place. The food is just excellent. They use good quality strong spices and their preparation... More

I found the food to be nothing special: their soups are a bit flavorless, their fried goods are pretty heavy on the digestion and the menu is not particularly rich, however the desserts were enjoyable. Service was good, and the atmosphere is above the average when compared to other Chinese restaurants in Florence.

Me and my boy friend went to Giardino di Bambu in September 2013 for a nice chinese dinner. We spent ages on Tripadvisor trying to find a nice and clean restaurant to have a good evening and we found this which was very close to our apartment and very good value for money. The very polite staff gave us a... More

Great little Chinese! Menus are in Italian but we struggled through with some help from the waiter! Food was great and fresh and a nice change from pasta! Great spring rolls! Very cheap!

Good food...try their prawn dumplings...they are excellent. The restaurant doesn't look much from the outside but inside is quite big and has an area that becomes "outdoors" in the summer. The servers are friendly and the service is quick. Good value for money.

I only tried the take-away side and I'm not an expert of chinese restaurants, but the service has been very fast and the food not bad. The chicken didn't seem to be cooked at the moment but the vegetables and "involtini primavera" were acceptable.

The fish on cannot possibly be cut any thinner, it oz practically see-through. They charge extra for everything. The rice is dry, the fish is questionable... I would not go here.

Good food, really worth it, this was a good alternative to wasting my money on over-priced average food at the Hilton.
