We stopped here because of the trip advisor reviews, it took a while to find but so worth it. The pizza's are great, but it's more well known for the amazing sandwiches they make. There is very limited seating (perhaps 5 people max) so it's more of a lunch on the go option.

We have visited twice in our short stay in Florence and this is by far the best street food you can get. Everything is fresh and tasty. Stefano is there to keep you going before, after and during long walks around town

Like to find off the beaten path of tourist to have lunches.\ Amici di Ponte seems to be just that kind of place. Families and friends having lunch. Food section something for everyone. The Staff was lovely and the Pizza and Wine selection excellent.

Second time back here. Can't beat the quality and the price. Have plenty of premade pizza options that they heat up in wood oven. A must-do if you are in the area!

We stopped by for a quick take away lunch. We got some pizza squares, the daily special sandwich, and a wee bottle of vino to go one afternoon. High quality, delicious, affordable! We look forward to returning on our next trip to Florence in December. We visited in November 2015.

speedy delivery, health products. we strongly recomend this stop to enjoy a take away meal. In Florence food is a weak point. To find a good place is a challenge. In one week we found only two places to return for it...

I tried the panini con porcheta which was really tasty! We also tried the pizza but we didn't find it something extraordinary! Prices between 4-5€ for paninis.pizza was cheaper! Friendly and helpful staff!

Stumbled upon Amici di Ponte as we walked back from Piazzale Michelangelo one afternoon and what a find ! The pizza is amazing - we had two large slices, bottle of Peroni and a wine ( 1 euro .... ) all for under 10 euros. Flavours are fantastic and the staff are very friendly. We went back the next day... More

Neighbourhood Profile
Pitti
Pitti is a neighborhood characterized by art and history. Renaissance architecture such as Pitti Palace, which houses five museums alone, introduces visitors to the green lungs of spectacular Boboli Gardens. Any visitor can wander through statues, fountains, and panoramic viewpoints. Around the garden, treasures like the Museum of Natural History of the Specola and Villa Bardini guide guests through Florence as the cradle of the Renaissance. End the day with an aperitif in Piazza della Passera or the more romantic Forte di Belvedere, which offers an amazing panoramic view of the entire city.
