Seriously, I can't say anything except that this is the best gelato ever. They have many flavours to choose from, my favourites being the rose, the ricotta & fig and the gorgonzola & walnut. Sounds crazy, but trust me, you want to eat this. The shop is in the Santa Croce neighbourhood and is generally quite busy. Sometimes there is... More

This was my favorite gelato place in Italy and my husband's second favorite. The dark chocolate is fudgey and delicious, and the seating was a nice bonus.

We were introduced to Gelateria Dei Neri on our Progressive Dinner and were so impressed we went back the following day! Great range of flavours to choose from. The lemon gelato was to die for.....very refreshing and so good on a hot day. All the fruit flavours I tried were wonderful. Rich, intense unit flavours as they should be. The... More

We stopped by here after lunch for a gelato dessert. Staff was friendly, plenty of seating, and clean bathroom for the kids. In a city filled with "fake" gelato that's piled a mile high, it was nice to find a spot with delicious and real gelato.

Best I've found in Firenze. We typically skip desserts (dolce) in restaurants preferring to take a walk around the city to see piazzas and people at night. We try to find a good Gelateria skipping past the ones with their gelato pile high to attract tourists. We found Gelateria dei Neri and weren't disappointed.

Best gelato I've ever had. I studied abroad in Italy for 7 months. Nothing else to say, just go and you'll understand.

After we found out the "#1" gelato place was closed, we went here and was not disappointed. We both had strawberry and mango, which was delicious. So many more varieties. Near the Uffuzi. The person helping us was friendly and helpful.

Excellent ice cream, great selection! This place was recommended to us by friends and did not disappoint. We went there every day during our 4 day trip to Florence.
