Stumbled across this gelateria while going to the next bridge from Ponte Vecchio to take a picture - line was out the door. So glad we stopped. This was the best gelato we had during our trip. We went back twice. Tip - grad your gelato and go sit on the bridge facing Ponte Vecchio.

After dinner in the area, we wandered a bit in search of some sweet. Gelateria Santa Trinita is popular and deservedly so! We sampled the chocolata gelato and the limone sorbet. They were both fantastic! We ventured back two nights later, The best in Florence so far!

For someone that wants to taste gelato from several different producers, this is a mandatory stop. Loved the dark chocolate!

After visiting Florence so many times and having Gelato twice a day each trip, I can happily conclude that no other gelato shop compares. The gelatos here are super smooth and extremely creamy. The flavours are all good. Cant say that I have a favourite.

Great selection of flavors, very good sorbet, friendly English speaking staff. Don't be alarmed by the queue, it moves very quickly and the taste is worth it. Take your cone and go sit on the bridge watching the river.

Really good ice cream 🙂 so good that I had two big cups one after the other. My personal favourites where the fruit flavoured, but also the creamy ones were amazing. Passion fruit, pear, raspberry and mandarin were the best! Service is nice as well!

For me, this is one of my top gelato shops in Florence! Their gelato is really rich in flavour and there are lots of flavours to choose from as well. I love the cookies gelato the most; crema gelato with chocolate sauce and cookies bits, yummm. This is a must visit if you go to Florence!

This gelato is delicious, easily the best I had during my trip. There are so many flavors and all the ones we tried were delicious! There is typically a line but it moves quickly. I also noticed many locals here rather than tourists - has to be a good sign.

This place was recommended to us by our Air BnB host and it did not disappoint! They had a great variety of gelato flavors and they are freshly made everyday using natural flavors. This was our go to gelateria during our stay in Florence. Very friendly staff who did not hesitate to help us order when we struggled to order... More

We initially noticed Gelateria Santa Trinita due to the large queues outside the shop, and having read several reviews on Trip Adviser, decided to try out their gelato. And it was certainly worth a visit. The staff are friendly and efficient and expertly kept the queue moving, without making us feel pressurised. They are well known for their black sesame... More
